Monitoring application of BA current sensor to the water pump in the sewage treatment industry
In the whole process of sewage treatment, the water pump plays a vital role as the main transmission equipment of water. Since there are many water pumps in the sewage treatment plant, if there is a problem with the water pump at one of the joints, it is likely to cause the previous procedure. Excessive accumulation of sewage in the next program and lower than normal level of sewage in the next program, so that the entire sewage treatment program is in a semi-paralyzed state, and the staff cannot conduct inspections on all the pumps.
Based on the above-mentioned situation of unmanned inspection of water pumps and circulating pumps in the sewage treatment industry, BA series AC current transmitters can be used for monitoring, and the power status of the water pumps can be known at the first time, and the data of BA sensors can be collected through PLC or DSC system. Transmit data to correctly judge the normal working condition of the pump.
