AIM-D 100-CA DC insulation monitor is mainly used for monitoring the insulation resistance of positive and negative poles of DC off-ground system.
When the insulation resistance is lower than the set value, it can issue warning and alarm signals.
The product can measure the DC system of 100-1000V, which can be applied to the insulation monitoring of electric vehicle charging device, energy storage DC system, UPS power supply system, photovoltaic DC system, DC power grid and other DC systems.
Monitor the voltage between the positive and negative electrodes of the DC system, the positive and negative electrodes pair voltage, the measurement range is 100~1000V.
Monitor the insulation resistance of the positive and negative poles of the DC system to the ground, and when the resistance is lower than the set early warning and alarm value, it can send out early warning and alarm signals.
It has the operation, communication, and fault indication functions.
1 channel RS485 interface, based on Modbus-RTU protocol, can realize the monitor external data interaction.
Using metal shell, wall-mounted installation, configuration and installation buckle can also be installed after the guide rail.

Terminals 1 and 2: connected to DC 24V power supply;
Terminals 3: connected to the field bar, the two No. 3 terminals are connected inside the instrument, and one terminal can be used for wiring;
Terminal 11: connected to the positive pole of the DC system, the two No. 11 terminals are connected inside the instrument, and one terminal can be used for wiring;

Wiring line type: auxiliary power supply, functional grounding, DC system positive and negative wiring, you can choose 1.5mm2 multi-core copper wire. RS485 communication wiring adopts 1.5mm2 shielded twisted pair.
